At JDL Company, each pair of The Commuter boots is made with care and quality control. Because of the nature of our direct-to-consumer model and limited inventory, all sales are final.
We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges

Refunds for Shipping Errors Only
We will only issue a refund or replacement if:
You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect size or color)
Your item was missing from the order
There was a shipping error on our part
To request a correction, please email within 24 hours of receiving your order with:
Your order number
A clear photo of the incorrect or missing item
A description of the issue
Approved cases will be resolved promptly with either a refund or reshipment, at our discretion.
What We Can’t Refund
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to:
Incorrect sizing ordered
Change of mind
Wear or use of the product
Normal wear and tear
