SHIPPING & TRACKING:

All domestic orders will ship within 7-10 business days & all international orders will ship within 10-14 business days of the original order date. In the event of any issues or delays during the manufacturing process, we will promptly notify you. Our shipping partners include USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and DHL. Upon processing, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number for your order.

Non-Refundable Products: All our products are non-refundable, except in the case where we send you the wrong size or item. We take great care to ensure that you receive the correct order, but if a mistake occurs, we will promptly address and rectify the issue.

Return Authorization: Before sending any product back to us, please use our contact form on our website. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and efficiently. Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Process for Incorrect Sizing or Items:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report any sizing or item discrepancies.

  2. Our customer service team will guide you through the return authorization process.

  3. Once authorized, you may return the incorrect product(s) to us.

  4. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will assess the issue and process as applicable.
